Q:What benefits does the "Premium Membership" have compared to a "Free Membership"?
A:Premium Membership gives you access to all our Marketing Reports & Downloads, plus the one's released over the course of your Premium Membership. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future Marketing Reports, Downloads & Updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to BiZZBo@rd.
Q:What is a "Discount Coupon"?
A:Premium Memberships are a great way to save money when you need a product from the Marketplace or Marketing report. Premium Members get a discount / money off the listed retail price of many products, at a variety of different BiZZBo@rd reports and downloads.
Q:What happens if I cancel my BiZZBo@rd Subscription?
A:If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the BiZZBo@rd reports and downloads with a membership discount anymore and not receive any updates. If you want to re-subscribe to BiZZBo@rd after you cancel, you will have to pay the one time signup fee again. This only applies if you purchase a BiZZBo@rd Subscription and not a single report or download.
Q:I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long will it take?
A:All payments should are usually approved immediately. When payment is made by Paypal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for Paypal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn't updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited.
If you can't enter the Members Area at first login, it might mean that your payment is "pending". You can then contact us with your username and we will manually enable it for you.
